What if I cannot locate the ChemDraw Plug-In?

In Connect, when you enter a section home page or click on an assignment and the message to download the ChemDraw Plug-In does not appear, then:

  • You might have an older version of the ChemDraw Plug-In
  • You might have the wrong version installed (i.e. ChemDraw Ultra)

To correct this situation, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Un-install the version of ChemDraw Plug-In that is installed on your computer.

Step 2. Close your Internet Browser and re-open it.

Step 3. Go back to Connect and enter your Connect section home page (or click on an assignment)

Step 4. You should now be prompted to download the ChemDraw Plug-In.
