In Connect, when you enter a section home page or click on an assignment and the message to download the ChemDraw Plug-In does not appear, then:
To correct this situation, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Un-install the version of ChemDraw Plug-In that is installed on your computer.
Step 2. Close your Internet Browser and re-open it.
Step 3. Go back to Connect and enter your Connect section home page (or click on an assignment)
Step 4. You should now be prompted to download the ChemDraw Plug-In.
